Jul 2009 - Jersey Foundations Law passed The Foundations (Jersey) Law has been registered by Jersey's Royal Court coming into force on 17 July 2009.
The introduction of foundations offers even greater choice to customers considering using Jersey for their wealth management strategies, sitting alongside existing vehicles such as companies, trusts and limited partnerships.
